I don’t know about you but I’m struggling with taking pictures lately…and getting him to pose was even harder…but we made it! You may remember the shirt I shared some time ago (funny enough that was literally one year ago when I published the post…November 16 will now be man’s shirt day!)

Non so voi ma ultimamente faccio fatica a fare le foto…e chiedere a lui di posare e’ ancora piu’ difficile…ma ce l’abbiamo fatta! Forse ricorderete la camicia che avevo cucito qualche tempo fa (incredibile coincidenza avevo pubblicato il post esattamente un anno fa… il 16 novembre sara’ il giorno della camicia da uomo!)

I used exactly the same pattern as last time…the only different is using this luxurious fabric from Albini. You can really tell the quality when you touch it and wash it. I would absolutely recommend a detour to the factory outlet if you happen to be in the area…you can even get ready-made shirts.

Ho usato lo stesso modello della volta scorsa…l’unica differenza e’ questa fantastica stoffa di Albini. La qualita’ della stoffa e’ incredibile sia al tatto che dopo il lavaggio. Vi consiglio davvero di passare dall’outlet se siete in zona…si possono anche comprare camicie pronte.

The shirt was a birthday present…so you can imaging my frustration when I ripped the buttonhole. As I couldn’t settle for a solution I gave it to him with a pin….then we decided on a patch solution…It’s clearly not perfect but he’s happy with it…Maybe I should ask for a Clover buttonhole cutter for Christmas!

La camicia era un regalo di compleanno…potrete quindi immaginare i nervi quando ho rotto l’asola. Visto che non riuscivo a trovare altra soluzione gliel’ho data con una spilla…poi abbiamo deciso la soluzione…ovviamente non e’ perfetta ma e’ contento…forse dovrei chiedere un apri asole della Clover per Natale
