La Mia Boutique is an Italian Sewing Patterns Magazine showcasing Italian designs and patterns. Like Burda, it comes out every month. Unlike Burda, the patterns are original designer patterns from renown Italian Brands. As it’s customary on many sewing magazines, patterns don’t include seam allowances.
So if you wish to have Italian garments made by you in your wardrobe, that’s the way to go.
Have a look at the magazine reviews I publish every month, to check out the patterns

How to subscribe to La Mia Boutique
If you wish to take up a sewing magazine subscription, you can get La Mia Boutique online from their website, Newsstand, Speedimpex, Around the World or Abbonatiweb.
Official La Mia Boutique subscriptions prices are 118 Euros in Europe, 155 Euros in Africa, Americas, Asia, 198 Euros in Australia and New Zealand. Promotional prices may apply.
How to buy La Mia Boutique single issues
Newstand sells single La Mia Boutique issues worldwide Their prices are quite reasonable, I find. What I mean is that their price is not much higher than me getting it from the newsstand and sending it to you.
Having said this, should you need an occasional issue, I could help you out (e.g. buy it from the newsstand and send it)
If you live in the US or even better in NYC, you can get single issues from Around the World. They even sell older copies.
How to request old La Mia Boutique issues
You can request an issue on La Mia Boutique website, email their subscription department at abbonamenti@diffusioneeditoriale.it or call them at +39 067802017. They will let you know whether they still have the issue you wish to buy.
Old issues are sold at 10 euros/12 USD/8 GBP approximately plus shipping costs.
Hi Silvia
I follow Anna Paunnet’s blog, and I love the duo crits you two give for magazines. t I got very upset today as my magazine shop (who keep Threads, LMB, etc for me) finally received LMB since the October issue – and it’s the December issue. I have been phoning them every few days to check ever since I saw your review of the November issue, because I am obsessed with a jacket pattern in it – the one you liked and Anna didn’t :). Anna sent me your page link and I tried Newstand but they only send present or next issue. So november is not available. I would soooo appreciated if you had time to see if your local newsstand had any left – I could perhaps pay you for the mag and the post and envelope etc thru paypal? Obviously if you don’t have time I totally understand.
regards
Francesca from Malta

Dear Silvia,
I live in Colombia and I have hard time to get LMB. I sincerely don’t know whether or not they ship to here. In any case, a 155-dollar subscription is too expensive for me. I was wondering if you know by chance other magazines like LMB (that is, with original designer patterns) that provide downloadable issues, so that I can avoid shipping costs.
