Thanks for your patience while I’ve been updating my blog. I’m still ironing out a few details…but overall I should be slowly getting there (fingers crossed).

So, I can finally show you my boucle Cassock Coat (Thanks Nico for the gorgeous gift!). As you can probably guess from these pictures…I’ve finished it months ago but never got to post it!

Grazie per la pazienza mentre aggiornavo il sito. Sto ancora sistemando gli ultimi dettagli…ma in linea di massima ci siamo (incrociamo le dita!)

Quindi posso finalmente farvi vedere il Cassock Coat in bouclé (grazie Nico per il fantastico regalo!). Come potete immaginare dalle foto…l’ho finito mesi fa ma non sono riuscita a pubblicare il post!

I love how this fabric highlights the beautiful princess seams on the coat.
Adoro che la stoffa mette in evidenza le linee del modello.

Once again I went for an unlined version…I know it’s a bit of a waste given how precious the fabric is…but I really wanted to finish it quickly!

Anche questa volta…niente fodera…so che e’ un peccato considerando la bellezza della stoffa…ma volevo finirlo velocemente!

Here you can see the back and two-piece sleeve seams in all their beauty. For the record I didn’t add any shoulder pads.

Qui potete vedere le linee del dietro e delle maniche in tutta la loro bellezza. Per info: non ho aggiunto spalline.

I’m dying to make a winter version…but until the end of October my sewing will have to slow down…I’m already making lists for later though!
