Happy Sunday Ladies!
My Sunday sewing will be mainly dedicated to finishing off my first pair of jeans. So, all I could manage to squeeze in is a quick shopping tote project.

Passero’ la mia domenica a finire il mio primo paio di jeans. Quindi sono riuscita solo a finire una borsa della spesa.
You will recognize the fabric from the Weekender bag. The idea for this tote mainly came from Simple Sewing. Then I decided to go for asymmetrical handles. And since I had an orange T-shirt for upcycling I lined the tote.
Riconoscerete la stoffa della Borsa per il weekend. Il modello della borsa viene dal libro Simple Sewing (Cucito facile) . Poi ho aggiunto dei manici asimmetrici e ho usato una vecchia maglietta arancione per foderare la borsa
All in all a very practical and rewarding project…just what you need after spending two weeks making my jeans.

Insomma un progetto per una gratificazione immediata e pratico…proprio quello che mi serviva dopo aver passato due settimane a cucire i jeans.

Awesome bag, and super practical. And isn’t “Simple Sewing” a geat book? It was the first sewing book I bought after I learned to sew. I’m so curious about your jeans – you are one brave sewist!
