Have you fallen for pink yet? If you’re still resisting (I miserably failed!), I’m going to tempt you a bit more with this La Mia Boutique issue 😉
**LA VERSIONE ITALIANA SARÀ DISPONIBILE A BREVE. SCUSATE IL RITARDO **
Isn’t this top adorable? The pattern is a basic (great for a quick project) and the fabric is to die for…and I am not a pink and flower lover! Oh my, what’s happening to me!
Here you can see the top as part of a full outfit. The jacket is actually a knit cardi that I could see becoming a wardrobe staple. The pants are not a quick sew, but have a very nice cut…at least on the model! 😉
Maxi dresses are a summer staple…this one certainly should keep the heat out. And if you are into color blocking you could quite easily achieve that as the pattern is made of 3 panels.
Shoulder cutouts are the latest trend…I personally prefer a full off-the-shoulder look. I’m not a fan of elastic waist pants other than as lounge wear…but they are certainly comfy
It can’t be summer without a bathing suit, right? I like those bottoms provide more coverage…the top reminds me of the 90s…I guess I should visit bikini stores more often…or maybe we should ask La Mia Boutique to get Cos Swimwear ….every time I look at them I have to hide my credit card and remind myself I bought 2 meters of swimwear lycra to make bikinis!
The pattern is nothing new…but that fabric…you can actually buy on Verdissima online store
This maxi dress has it all for me…shape, pattern, length…I just need to sew another maxi dress that has been waiting for three years already!
Despite the model’s slim figure this is a plus size pattern…I hate sewing chiffon-like fabric but the final look is lovely…I don’t get those red shoes though!
Nice outfit…again would be great to see it on an actual plus size model!
Another plus size outfit. I love the simple top…lately I’ve been sewing for my mom and since she lives far away I’m thinking this could be the perfect pattern as it requires minimal fitting (last time I had to send her a half finished top to ensure the dart placement was correct!)
Ok…enough blabbing…Check out the full pattern list and tell me what you think about this issue 😉

Ciao!
