24 April 2014 is a big day!

I am joining Laura of Behind the Hedgerow and over 150 more people for the Fashion Revolution
24 April 2014 marks the one anniversary year of the collapse of the textile factory Rana Plaza in Dhaka, Bangladesh but it’s also the day that designers, retailers, factory workers, cotton farmers, academics and individuals will stand together for the first Fashion Revolution Day to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH by wearing something inside out and asking brands and retailers, ‘Who Made Your Clothes?’

Insieme a Laura del blog Behind the Hedgerow e altre 150 persone partecipo alla Fashion Revolution

Il 24 aprile 2014 è la data del primo anniversario del crollo della fabbrica di Rana Plaza di Dhaka, Bangladesh ma è anche il giorno in cui stilisti, negozianti, operai, coltivatori di cotone, accademici e individui tutti insieme parteciperanno alla prima giornata Fashion Revolution Day per dire QUANDO È TROPPO È TROPPO indossando un capo a rovescio per chiedere ai marchi e negozianti “Chi ha fatto i tuoi vestiti?” Anche alcuni negozianti di Varese partecipano.

I hope that thanks to this initiative also textile factory worker won’t need to die while sewing garments!
